You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Use the site only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its operation, security, or other users’ access. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under the account. Email support@philopaw.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We work to display products, specifications, availability, and pricing accurately. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent or appears to be placed for unauthorized resale. Performance figures such as CADR, room coverage, and noise level are based on testing under specific conditions; results may vary with room conditions and use.

Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. PhiloPaw does not store readable card details.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty service are governed by the Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Limited Warranty pages available through the site footer. Those policies are incorporated into these terms where applicable.

Site content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and the PhiloPaw name and marks, belongs to PhiloPaw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission except where the law allows.

You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest site data by automated means without permission, submit false or misleading information, or interfere with another user’s access.

Except as expressly provided in our Limited Warranty, the site and its products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhiloPaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a product. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PhiloPaw harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide products or services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
