One-year limited warranty

The PHURA DUO includes a one-year limited consumer product warranty beginning on the original purchase date when used according to its use and care instructions in normal household conditions. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

For an eligible defect during the warranty period, PhiloPaw may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or refund all or part of the purchase price.

A replacement product or part does not restart the original warranty period.

This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of the purchase date and information verifying the defect or malfunction are required.

Coverage applies to products purchased from philopaw.com or an authorized seller. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether a seller is authorized.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumable parts such as filters and pre-filters, products outside the warranty period or without valid proof of purchase, products from unauthorized sellers, lost or stolen products, or complimentary products.

It also does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, animals, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation, unauthorized modification or repair, unsupported accessories, commercial or rental use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Email support@philopaw.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when relevant. Keep the product and do not dispose of it until support confirms the next step.

If the claim is approved, follow the return instructions provided. Responsibility for shipping costs will be explained during the claim process based on the nature of the issue.

This limited warranty provides the remedies described above to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this policy waives or limits an implied warranty or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
